iOS 7: Companies Still Clueless
42.5 percent of IT administrators don’t know the iOS 7 business features
(DENVER/BERLIN, 10 September 2013) A survey conducted by enterprise mobility expert Cortado has found that 42.5 percent of IT directors and administrators remain oblivious to iOS 7’s business features.
Cortado conducted its survey among 1,350 IT directors and administrators, asking them how they assessed the impact of iOS 7 on enterprise mobility, and the results were surprising, with 42.5 percent of those surveyed answering, “I don’t know.”
From the results of Cortado’s survey it is clear that knowledge of iOS 7, an operating system so important to the business sector, is still extremely low and many companies have a lot of catching up to do.
On the basis of these findings, Cortado has also put together a very useful infographic explaining the “Dos and Don’ts with iOS 7” – with recommendations that should help companies prepare themselves for Apple’s latest iOS.
The graphic can be downloaded free from the Cortado website, and is free for editorial use:www.cortado.com/infographics
Release of the new 7.0 version of the enterprise mobility solution Cortado Corporate Server, supporting all iOS 7 business functions, is set for the end of October.
