Claims to fame
I entered the PR world more than 15 years ago almost by accident, and it was love at first sight. Since then, I have worked for both large international agencies and in-house marketing departments.
I am all about communicating and relationship building. Consider me the “media whisperer.” VisiTech PR takes the time to truly understand what the media needs and wants, beyond just the occasional press release or image. We’ve never been ones to just be the “arms and legs” for PR tactics. I treasure the long-term relationships I’ve made with media contacts across an array of industry and business publications.
Super Powers
I’m the Sherlock Holmes of finding the perfect way to reach the right target audience. Once I have a couple clues, nothing can stop me. I love working with my team of “Watsons” here at VisiTech PR!
I’m an information junkie, constantly looking to learn new things.
Geek Factors
I can’t watch expert interviews on television without critiquing spokespeople and dishing out media training advice to the annoyance of everybody else in the room.
Cold calls? Nope, consider all of my calls “warm.” I go into every bit of outreach with a solid understanding of the writer, publication and, of course, our clients and their technology. Just ask the salespeople who try to sell me fiber-optic broadband and don’t know the difference between fiber-to-the-home and fiber-to-the-cabinet. I know my stuff!
Unsolicited Advice
By hiring an agency you have access to a large pool of expertise and experience. It takes a village to not only handle your media and analyst relations, but to also maintain your messaging and strategy. That’s why VisiTech PR has been successful. We tap into a team that offers a wide breadth of skill sets to give our clients the best PR program possible!
The required credentials
I hold a Master of Arts in Media and Communication Studies, English and American Studies, and Slavic Studies from Freie Universitaet and Humboldt Universitaet in Berlin, Germany.
Many of the campaigns I have worked on have had a pan-European or global element. I’m fluent in English, German and Russian, and make sure nothing gets “lost in translation.”
