I was employee #3 at VisiTech PR in 1998.
Although I’ve worked in some of the biggest agencies in consumer and tech; think Fleishman-Hillard and Golin-Harris, VisiTech PR consistently inspires me creatively with opportunities to collaborate with stellar global clients and an amazing team. What more could I want?
My deep experience working with clients in industries ranging from software and IT, to consumer entertainment and digital marketing, has provided a front row seat to the communications evolution gripping us today.
Our founder, Lisa Wilson, has been my colleague and mentor since my first PR job in 1996. That is a testament to both of our characters, but primarily speaks to her ability to lead and captivate success for her loyal subjects.
I’ve had the gift of gab since I was a small child.
Storytelling is in my DNA.
I founded a yoga studio. So I know entrepreneurship.
I’m a perfectionist and have a tremendous eye for detail. I can see a piece of lint on the floor from across a room.
Typos don’t get past me. If they do, it must be because someone put kryptonite in my Louis Vuitton.
I must have been a web designer in a previous lifetime. I kind of have a thing for over-hauling web sites in my sleep. HTML fascinates me.
One of my favorite bumper stickers really says it all: “Get in, sit down, shut up and hold on!”
Kidding aside, business and life are really about experiencing the journey. And sometimes it requires a leap of faith to get us exactly to where we’re supposed to be.
The Required Credentials
I grew up in rainy Oregon, which required that I attend college in a sunny desert somewhere. I graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Business, and a great tan.
I’m a Mom, so I truly understand the power of listening and problem solving.
